Commented Issue: Incorporate SET TALK fix [33729]

The SET TALK problem which Cathy Knight talked about in her blog post (http://cathypountney.blogspot.de/2009/04/set-talk-appears-to-be-on-when-running.html) is still present in the current version. The fix is to move the call to setFRYDataSessionEnvironment in the fxListener class two lines up in the LoadReport method.
