New Post: new member - where to start

To all, New to this site. Developing VFP/VFE since 2.6 Just wanting a better description of what is going on here. My app used across US has had several times I did not think I would make it thru the day. Now running on Surface tablets so we have managed to stay alive thanks to help from many I see are members here. I came here today looking for a way to SMS text from my app and will try the TwilioX prg but am a bit confused about how to obtain a license and the libraries used by the prg. Thanks to all,
