Commented Unassigned: FoxBin2Prg PRG2BIN does not return error codes [43100]

Hello,

I'm using the latest version FoxBin2Prg v1.19.42.
When using the convertion from text to binary file (prg2bin) with an external command, errors are not returned properly to the calling command.

You can reproduce the error by downloading the attached file "_errorreport.zip", unpacking it and running the batch script runfoxbin2prg.cmd.

The third test (subdirectory test3) tries to compile the text version of a simple form and fails.

Using your modified version of foxbin2prg, could you do the next 2 tests?

__Test 1:__
- Uncomment both "SET COVERAGE" at the beginning of FoxBin and change the file name and path to some path on your (ie: "c:\temp\fb2p_real_error.txt")
- Using your actual version with [ERROR "real error 2"], compile a new exe and execute it to get the error code from your cmd script

__Test 2:__
- Change the "SET COVERAGE" filename (ie: "c:\temp\fb2p_original_error.txt")
- Using your actual version, comment the line [ERROR "real error 2"], compile a new exe and execute it to get the error code from your cmd script

If you attach both logs, I may compare them using your modified foxbin2prg version to try follow the path of execution.
