I'm using the latest version FoxBin2Prg v1.19.42.
When using the convertion from text to binary file (prg2bin) with an external command, errors are not returned properly to the calling command.
You can reproduce the error by downloading the attached file "_errorreport.zip", unpacking it and running the batch script runfoxbin2prg.cmd.
The third test (subdirectory test3) tries to compile the text version of a simple form and fails.

1) No, I don't. FoxBin2Prg.exe is in a separate path (e.g. C:\tools\foxbin2prg\foxbin2prg.exe) and my program is in another directory e.g. C:\tools\MyProg\myprog.exe) and uses the full path to run FoxBin2Prg.
2) My application is a C# program that uses the C# API Process.Start(...) to execute FoxBin2Prg. But I don't suppose that it is a problem with my program, as I get the same problem with a DOS Batch script.
To run the foxbin2prg.prg I created a new FoxPro project and successively added the required files (foxbin2prg.prg, *.txt, ...). After each step I compiled the exe and tested it. It worked fine, until I added config/config.fpw. By commenting out lines, I could narrow it down to SCREEN=OFF.
Concerning the rights: I'm administrator on both machines.
