Commented Unassigned: FoxBin2Prg PRG2BIN does not return error codes [43100]

Hello,

I'm using the latest version FoxBin2Prg v1.19.42.
When using the convertion from text to binary file (prg2bin) with an external command, errors are not returned properly to the calling command.

You can reproduce the error by downloading the attached file "_errorreport.zip", unpacking it and running the batch script runfoxbin2prg.cmd.

The third test (subdirectory test3) tries to compile the text version of a simple form and fails.

actually, I don't, but I don't think this is your problem.

I've downloaded 1.19.43 Preview-2 and replaced my foxbin2prg.exe with the newer one.
When I run the test program, I still get an error level of 0 for the third test.
(When I debug the program version, I can see that the error status should be returned properly.)

I've run the test on four other machines. Two return the error status of 1, while the other two return the status 0.

So far, I can't determine the difference between the machines, but I'll further look into this and let you know if I find something.
