Created Issue: FoxcodePlus - API library is not found [33288]

To reproduce this error in Command Window :

set library to YourLib.fll

now type any character in command window and you will see the error : "API library is not found"

Or

set default to "C:\Program Files\MyProject"

now type any character in command window and you will see the error : "API library is not found"
